Who we are

What data we keep
- Account: name, email, phone and — if you fill them in — company, VAT number and tax office.
- Installations: name, address, coordinates, capacity and technical characteristics of the plant.
- Measurements and events: whatever your inverters send — production, voltages, temperatures, faults.
- Technical operating logs, for security and fault diagnosis.
- Portal usage: which screens you open and when, so that we know what is used and what is not. It is recorded in our own database, without your IP address and without storing anything on your device, and it is deleted automatically after twelve months.
We neither ask for nor store payment details, nor special categories of personal data.
Why we process them
- To show you the production and status of your inverters — that is, to provide the service you asked for.
- To send fault or low-production alerts, if you have enabled them.
- For technical support when you ask for it.
- For system security and the prevention of abuse.
Who we share them with
With no one for commercial purposes. Your data is not sold or traded. It is seen only by:
- The email delivery provider, so that alerts reach your inbox.
- The server hosting provider, where the database resides.
- Our technical staff, when needed for support or fault recovery.
Where they are stored
Our servers are located within the European Union. Access is always over an encrypted connection, and passwords are stored only in a form that cannot be reversed.
For how long
For as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, the account and contact details are deleted. Production measurements may be kept anonymously, with no link to you, for statistical and technical purposes.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the right:
- to learn what data we hold about you and receive a copy,
- to have inaccurate details corrected,
- to request erasure or restriction of processing,
- to receive your data in a machine-readable format,
- to object to the processing.
Send your request to info@aineas.gr and we reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handled it, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions about you and carry out no profiling. Alerts are technical thresholds that you set yourself in the settings.

Changes
