The thesolarportal service is provided by Aineas Techniki, 45 Ypsilantou St., Kalochori, Thessaloniki, Greece. By using it, you accept the terms below.
What the service does
It collects and displays the measurements your photovoltaic inverters send: production, history, faults and alerts. It is a monitoring tool — it does not control or operate your equipment.
Account
- The details you provide must be true and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for whatever is done from your account.
- Register only installations and inverters that you own or lawfully manage.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Attempting to access another user’s data, automated scraping of content, interfering with the operation of the service or using it for an unlawful purpose are not permitted. An account that does so is suspended.
Where the data comes from
The measurements are produced by your equipment and reach us over your network or through the manufacturer’s platform. We control neither the accuracy of the instruments nor the availability of the connection in the field.
Availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee any specific availability level. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control.
Alerts — what they are not
Alerts are an aid, not a safety system. You must not rely on them alone to protect the installation or to avoid damage. An email may be delayed or lost for reasons outside our control.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage arising from an interruption of monitoring, from lost measurements or from an alert that was not sent. Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited by law.
Your data remains yours
The measurements from your installations belong to you. You can request a copy or deletion at any time — see the Privacy policy.
Termination
You may stop using the service whenever you wish and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, having informed you.
Changes to the terms
If anything material changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it. Continuing to use the service after a change means acceptance.
Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory law protecting consumers.
