This page states exactly what is stored on your device when you visit thesolarportal.com, and why. We use no advertising networks and no third-party cookies for cross-site tracking.
Essential cookies
Without them, signing in to your account does not work. They cannot be switched off and are used for nothing else.

Visit statistics — only with your consent
On the public presentation pages we count how many people read them. The measurement is our own and runs on our own server — no Google Analytics or other external service is involved.
Nothing starts before you press “Accept” in the notice: until then the measurement file is not even downloaded. If you press “Reject”, no identifier is stored. You can change your mind at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your answer itself is stored locally (tsp_consent) so that we do not ask again on every page. That is necessary in order to honour your choice.
- It uses no cookie, but two identifiers in the browser’s local storage (_tsp_v, _tsp_s).
- Recorded: the page, the referring page, screen width, browser language and clicks on links.
- No name, email or anything you type into a form is recorded.
- The data is not sold and not passed on to third parties.
Third-party services
The pages load fonts and styling libraries from delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, Tailwind). These set no cookies of ours, but they do see your IP address — as does every server your browser downloads anything from.
How to delete them
Every browser lets you delete cookies and local storage from its settings, usually under “Privacy”. If you delete the essential cookies while signed in, you will have to sign in again.
